Unless the amount for shipping is significantly different than what was calculated by the shopping cart, items will be shipped out within a few days from when the order was completed.

If shipping and packaging materials are more than $2.00 from what you had already paid for postage, I will send a PayPal invoice for the additional amount.

If shipping and packaging materials are less than $2.00 from what you had already paid for postage, I will send you a partial refund through PayPal for the difference.

If there are problems with your order, I will cancel the order and issue a full refund back into your PayPal account.

All purchases are non-refundable.  Returns are not accepted.
